I love this quote for the fact that it states how easy it is to be angry. To extend that, I like to say that it's easy for anybody to get angry and start breaking things around the house, shout at somebody or even get into a fight. It's not easy however, to stay calm, think logically, be wary of consequences and ultimately be the master of your own emotions. Isn't it time we stay above it all and work for a happier life?

我特别喜欢这一句,因为它揭示了我们有多么容易愤怒。也就是说,开始愤怒,乱砸东西,对着别人大吼大叫甚至最终拳脚相加,这些都对于人来说没有任何挑战性。不容易的是什么呢?是保持冷静,有序思考,考虑后果,并最终战胜自己,成为你情绪的主宰。是时候了,让我们超脱一时的情绪,活出快乐的人生。
